9/11: THE PENTAGON COVER-UP

The U.S. Government Ignored Hard Evidence: Claimed AA Flight 77 Struck The Pentagon on September 11, 2001

FAA Forms 8130-3, required by 14 CFR Part 43, would have either proved or refuted the claim that American Airlines Flight 77, a Boeing 757, struck the Pentagon

Instead of matching serial numbers on debris found at the Pentagon with the corresponding Form FAA 8130-3 to prove that what struck the Pentagon on 9/11 was indeed American Airlines Flight 77 -- a Boeing 757, the U.S. government went to great lengths to cover-up what really happened.

Critical components (e.g., engines, landing gear, flight control surfaces) have serial numbers and detailed service histories. When these are removed and replaced a record is kept on Form FAA 8130-3 pursuant to 14 CFR Part 43.

Instead of presenting this hard evidence, transcripts of official meetings, the testimony of its own employees, and police officers (detailed here), the U.S. government presented one video that shows an unidentifiable object striking the Pentagon, and unsworn, public testimony.

The U.S. government's "evidence" and mainstream, newsmedia did not prove anything. In criminal cases, the burden of proving the defendant's guilt is on the prosecution, and they must establish that fact beyond a reasonable doubt.

The September 12, 2001, Department of Defense News Briefing by Victoria Clarke, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs, records that reporters were "being threatened or, in fact, handcuffed and dragged away."
